This policy describes what data Pulse (the "Service") collects, how it is used, stored, and shared with third parties.
The Service relies on the following third-party data processors:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google Gemini (Google LLC) | Generating AI assistant replies based on customer conversations |
| Resend | Sending transactional emails (email verification, password reset, support replies) |
| Paddle.com Market Ltd | Subscription payment processing (merchant of record) |
| Telegram FZ-LLC | Messaging platform — conversations technically pass through the Telegram Bot/Business API |
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Server hosting (data center in Germany, EU) |
We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
Data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion (request via nemesis25252555@gmail.com), your company's data — including conversations and connections — is deleted from our database within a reasonable time, except where we are legally required to retain certain records longer (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).
We keep regular database backups to protect against data loss from technical failures. Backups are retained for a limited period and automatically deleted afterward.
You may at any time:
To do so, email nemesis25252555@gmail.com.
The Service uses the minimum technical browser storage necessary — an authorization token and your interface language preference (localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The Service is intended for use by companies and their representatives aged 18 and older, and is not designed for direct use by children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
For any questions about how we handle personal data, email nemesis25252555@gmail.com.
