This policy describes what data Pulse (the "Service") collects, how it is used, stored, and shared with third parties.

1. Data we collect

Account data — email, hashed password (the plaintext password itself is never stored anywhere), company name, team role;
Telegram connection data — bot token (stored encrypted), personal-account owner name, Telegram chat ID for notifications;
Customer conversations — messages exchanged between your customers and the AI assistant or a manager, processed to generate replies and track leads;
Technical data — IP address and request logs, used for abuse prevention (rate limiting) and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

Providing core Service features — AI auto-replies, lead tracking, team analytics;
Authentication and account security;
Sending transactional emails — registration confirmation, password reset, notifications;
Processing subscription payments;
Improving AI reply quality based on successful examples from your own conversations only — data from different Pulse customers is never mixed together.

3. Who we share data with

The Service relies on the following third-party data processors:

We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.

4. Data retention and deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion (request via nemesis25252555@gmail.com), your company's data — including conversations and connections — is deleted from our database within a reasonable time, except where we are legally required to retain certain records longer (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).

5. Backups

We keep regular database backups to protect against data loss from technical failures. Backups are retained for a limited period and automatically deleted afterward.

6. Your rights

You may at any time:

request a copy of your data;
correct inaccurate data via your profile settings in the dashboard;
request full deletion of your account and associated data;
withdraw consent to data processing by discontinuing use of the Service.

7. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses the minimum technical browser storage necessary — an authorization token and your interface language preference (localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children

The Service is intended for use by companies and their representatives aged 18 and older, and is not designed for direct use by children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
