These Terms govern your use of Pulse (the "Service"), available at app.pulse-crm.net. By registering and using the Service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Description of the Service

Pulse is a SaaS product that connects a Telegram bot or personal Telegram account to an AI system to automate customer conversations, track leads, and provide team analytics.

2. Registration and trial

To use the Service you must create an account and verify your email. New users get a free 14-day trial with full access to the "Start" plan's features, no payment details required.

3. Payment and plans

After the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription on one of the plans listed on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record — Paddle is the seller on the transaction and issues the receipt/invoice.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled beforehand in the "Billing" section of your account.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of a payment by emailing nemesis25252555@gmail.com with the reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.

5. User responsibilities

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting nemesis25252555@gmail.com. The provider may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, according to the procedures established by Georgian law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
